Spygate is interesting test case for the MSM

Up to this point, the MSM has been floundering all around the Spygate story. Sure, you have your media whores like Nora O'Donnel and Tweety and Andrea Mitchell already trying to run cover for their Beloved Leader, but you also see polls on impeachment on the MSNBC and CNN websites, where the sentiment has been overwhelmingly in favor.

Additionally, you have the prospect of a TON of high-octane programming for these news channels if the Spygate story gains traction. So, if the MSM is truly driven by profit, then they will pursue this story. However, it's a Pandora's Box. The issue is so clearcut, that once they start running with it, things will go very badly for ChimpCo as a whole. Thus, we shall soon see if they are driven by profit or by a driving, partisan desire to simply protect the Administration and the GOP at any cost.

As an aside, I do hope that no one attempts to hold Tweety up as a barometer in this issue. If you don't know by now who's side he is unequivocably on, then you just haven't been paying attention.
