But the 9/11 commission, hand-picked by the Bush administration, came out with its letter grades for improvements in homeland security: Mostly F's. As I recall, that means "Failure" and not "Fabulous."

So, what has the administration been doing for the last four years, Scott, that it hasn't enhanced our national security? At all? I can't believe that it's because you're not spending enough money. Who's playing politics, and who's putting PR ahead of security? Who's in charge in Washington? Who has control of all three branches of government? Who's cutting corners on checks and balances, and still failing, even according to your own toadies and sycophants?
