repubs busy in DC before they go Home for the Holidays!
Are they working on relief efforts for hurricane victims? No! Are they wrestling with the budget and tax issues? No! Are they considering a time table to bring our kids home for Iraq? No!

They are taking care of their buddies in the drug industry by ensuring the liability laws are twisted in their favor.

And they plan to put the provision in a defense appropriations bill that can't be amended. So if you die from a flu shot, no one will be held accountable (republican values.) Then the good republicans will go home to their districts and won't have to come back until the end of January to give tom delay an opportunity to retain his "leadership" position.

And a Merry Christmas to my fellow Americans from all the good, loving, caring republicans in your house of representatives.

1.  I just hope
they keep this outrageous shit up till the 06 election. If we take the house and senate back we may be able to impeach, imprison, and torture these scumbags, and they wouldn't even be able to fillibuster. So let them have thier way for now we can use all thier tactics against them later.

PS. I wouldn't really torture them, What do I look like a REPUKE?

2. However
How could any members of their base oppose the use of torture? And they obviously don't need a reason for using it. But gosh they'd probably object to torturing one of their, why that would be downright hypocritical huh? Its like they continue to divorce while working their little asses off to "maintain" the sanctity of marriage.

3. I assume this is going in the same Defense bill that
contains the McCain anti-torture amendment that the WH is trying to kill. I wonder what sort of horse trading is going on with this crap...

4. Abandoning the Gulf Coast appropriations until the end of Jan.
in hopes of getting Delay back? Assholes with empty promises--misanthropes that 'we the people' keep re-electing....oh, I forgot, my vote has been electronically neglected, sorry. WTF am I thinking?
