I heard his speach, as it were, with the backdrop of police and border patrol ociffers. His statement of policy sounded like some campaign speach. Pathetic. Unoriginal, uninformative and frankly, if this is his effort to rehab his falling, failing, fuckedup presidency, I suspect his #s will fall to the high 20s.
