who have been through the disasters and haven't been helped yet, are still making excuses for bush.

1. No.
Lots of people in "the red states" are still dealing with the after-effects of various storms. This has not caused them to have good thoughts about Bush & his crew.

Even our (Republican) Governor Rick Perry criticized FEMA's response to Rita. Coming from him, that's a lot.
