The two questions I would ask Alito, were I on judiciary committee...

(1) "Judge, do you believe Roe v. Wade was poorly reasoned?"

(To this, I would expect an answer that boils down to: yes. Not that it matters, except to prepare the way for the next question.)

(2) "Please, provide us some better reasoning for it."
