4. It's funny, because in most cases, I'd agree. But, having spent

most of my life considering the proposition that words do matter, I can't agree in this case.

I've never seen one minute of this guy's show. (Faux could go off the air and I wouldn't know unless you all told me.) Keith Olbermann hijacked the whole question for me when he played that clip. I didn't feel fear at all, but profound disgust that an adult could be so irresponsible.

Because words matter. They can rearrange matter. They trigger emotion and thought and bodily responses. That's what that criminal Pigboy Rove knows and it has been one of his most successful weapons. I want to disarm these bastards. They obviously don't have the maturity to be trusted with a human mouth.

:)

3. Firefighter's Union President has the right idea -
"Who is this guy, O'Reilly?" said Hanley, who identified himself as both a third-generation San Franciscan and military veteran. "I've got guys fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan. I'm a veteran myself. What's he talking about?"

THAT is exactly how you get under the skin of creeps like O'Loofa.

Bill Who? Never heard of him.

7. I think the jerk picked on Coit Tower...
...because of the descriptive "Tower"...as in "World Trade Center towers.

O'sama O'Reilly doesn't do his research, and doesn't know enough San Francisco history to know he was about to threaten a tribute to firefighters...hundreds of which died valiantly during 911.

These are men and women who have been steadfast local heroes across the entire country for over a hundred years. A lot of vets are figherfighters, also. Nice sentiment, bin Billy.

If there is any city that would take this media hack on over broadcasting a terrorist threat, we would.

Just depends on whether it's decided that O'RWeilly is better left to fade into oblivion or be taken down hard now.

One thing: That sack of Faux entrals better get an ethics clue, or some REAL religion of some kind and pray day and night that NOTHING even remotely like a foreign OR domestic attack comes anywhere NEAR Coit Tower.

Because if there is an attack, we here in San Francisco would be certain to see him in irons.

8. MSM: why is this "vitriol", but when Bush is nasty it is being "forceful"?
More MSM shilling for Bush by s careful use of hot-button words.
