If Bush actually believed in Saddams' astonishingly threatening WMD
then he'll have mounds of paperwork on the special defenses he ordered against US-capable drones carrying nerve gas and other terrifying problems.

Sure, he had to have set up specific actions and groups against the definite retaliatory use of WMD against the US when he started the invasion. Saddam could strike the US directly, and believing that, Bush would be a fool to have not set up a single adequate response to it. Which he will be able to show us in great detail, to support his belief in WMD.

Of course, if he started an invasion of a country that he actually believed had US-capable weaponry, ties to the 9/11 actions, and thus a will and motive to use it in reponse, =and did nothing documentable to actually prevent it=, then it's likely that he never believed in WMD in the first place.

Prove it, liar. You had the entire US military at your disposal, so what did you do to protect the USA from direct response to the WMD you claimed? If you made no order to protect the USA from Saddams incredibly scary WMD, show me the general or admiral who did.

I'm waiting, although I already know the answer.

2. That's right.
It's your turn, Bush. Show 'em or fold 'em.

3. bush had malicious intent to go to war....period..
He is guilty of murdering innocent people in Iraq, those killed from the coalition of the willing, and US innocent soldiers. He knew all along that Iraq no WMDs, even his poppy told him so. Blame it on Clinton does not fly anymore and never did.

4. If Bush actually believed there was a threat, from Saddam...

...and had a genuine concern for the US, he would've invaded immediatly.

You know, since he doesn't "play politics."

Yet, his admin spent over a year, dithering in front of the UN to make their case while this supposed "danger" loomed.

What a farce!

5. It's the opposite

After years of weapons inspections, the US invaded because we knew that Iraq was relatively defenseless (no WMD's). Nowadays we don't invade countries that can really hurt us. Now what country would ever submit to UN weapons inspections?

7. All true.
He would have paid attention to the independent inspectors and their message, and not hurt people for disagreeing (see Plame) if they were open to anything except for their own opinion.

8. What did they do to protect the troops?
Specifically. What did the special ops find the weeks before the invasion when they went in to secure the "known" locations. No reason to keep any of this classified anymore. Maybe it isn't. Where do we find these reports??
