9. Some of the posts remind me of a debate I had.

My friend hates Bush and often talks about how his family are all Repubs and what he does to tick them off. One day we got on media coverage in the US and overseas. He began to say that he hated Al Jazeera because they show be-headings and servicemen being killed. He said he believed they were a part of terrorism. I asked him did he feel that the US media sold us propaganda of the war and he said no. I asked him if he ever watched Al Jazeera he said no. How can you base an opinion on something you haven't seen. Why would you expect another countries media to try to paint the news in a yellow journalism style in favor of the US? He never backed down even though he had no proof that Al Jazeera promoted terrorism.
