Bill Schneider: Democrats are linking CIA leak to the Libby indictment. He refuses to call Reid's action a "stunt" he says it was a tactical move. Reid "outmaneuvered" the Republicans! This is also a reminder that the Democrats do have some power, even though they are in the minority. Also points out that the original report (Phase 1) held no one accountable for the intelligence failures/coverups. He also says the Democrats are moving now because the president is so weak.
