3. Originally the pre-American patriots played by the british rules

of engagement. Line up and face each other. That didn't work very well because they were the 'minority party'. When they finally learned how to ambush - that's when the started to defeat the british.

I hope the Dems put this out as a posit to the nucular option. Seems like a good idea to me.
