TOM JOYNER - Is doing his part to inform Black America about Scalito

This morning I was listening and he said 'Remember I told 'y'all' if you let Bush back in the White House it would be bad for us for the next 50 years. ' Then he said 'Conservatives were no friend of 'ours'.'

1. The entire TJMS crew is great
What I love about Tom and his show is that he tries to educate you and entertain you.

They are partly responsible for Rosa Parks having received the Congressional Gold Medal. After Rep. Julia Carson introduced it Congress, they went on air & asked all their listeners to call their elected Representatives & Senators to urge them to support the bill. People called in massive numbers.

Anyway, can't wait to see what Tavis' commentary is about this morning.

6. FYI: Tavi's commentary was great this morning!
He talked about the 2-step dance Bush does.

Tavis talked about the fact that Bush talks out both sides of his mouth. One year, he went to Atlanta to lay a wreath at Martin Luther King's gravesite. He goes back to the White House, and announces his opposition to the University of Michigan Affirmative Action Program.

He goes to New Orleans to talk about rebuilding the city, and how minority contracts should be given a fair shake in the reconstruction. Then he turns around and suspends Davis-Bacon.

He lays a wreath at the coffin of Rosa Parks while she lays in honor at the Capitol, then appoints someone like Alito for the SC.

That was what his commentary was about today. He was great, as usual.

2. Boy, is he ever right.
Scalia has already influenced the court in a way that allows cops to use those ordinary traffic stops to search a vehicle. With Alito, the next step is to allow racist profiling in as a marker for probable cause. That day is coming because whites will never tolerate in this country to be treated with the same indignity that blacks and hispanics have to face every day.

4. well they had some Black asshole salivitating for Alito on MSM this mornin
Ithink it was ABC - I haven't watched TV since Sunday night's Desparate Housewives. But the neo-cons got there few Uncle Toms willing to go out there and kiss the ass of Alito.

Thing is - 98% of the African American community does not like or trust the Bush administration. They are way much more intelligent than what the Bush admin lachkeys are

5. I like the TJMS especially Rev. Al's commentaries
At times it sounds like he listens to the media whore spin, but he and the gang are very entertaining. Tavis is ok, but can be over the top at times.
