Does anyone remember a website about political donations...

that provided information about John Q. Public, not necessarily corporate or celebrity contributions? I remember seeing it in the 2004 General Election cycle (and being very surprised some distant relatives donated to Kerry), but I cannot remember the URL. I'm wondering if it is still up. I think some of the information could be very helpful to a local democratic candidate.
