I'm certain that you've all noticed that the dreaded 2K mark for dead American soldiers has been reached.
While I was hesitant to post it, many of the detractors of the pacifist movement have attempted to use the discussion of casualties as an excuse to hammer us on the head, saying that the mere discussion of so many dead dishonors the dead.
To which I reply: what a disheartening thing, to hear citizens of the same world use such irrational justifications to go to war, and then to further poision the well by turning the argument against those who are pointing out the lunacy of a policy based on lies and disinformation.
