The trouble with harriet
Am I wrong to want someone on the Court (especially in light of who runs this administration) who has been impartial before in a court of law?

I know that at some point most judges were lawyers.... that they all had a zero hour at which they had to stop thinking of presenting THEIR side of an issue before the court and stepped into the abyss of impartiality.
BUT..... I want the amount of experience of being blind to a judge's OWN interests to be far greater than what she has had.

In addition..... there ARE some conservative hack judges, who have been towing this line of bull shit for these idiots. In spite of this character flaw, some of those men and women were still able to render a measure of justice and mercy to those who stood before them. Don't they feel dissed right now?

What hell will there be to pay for that?

1. In hearings
If she doesn't know her stuff, it will be obvious (and embarrassing for her supporters).

4. She has to know case law
That's the point I'm making. And if she does, I'll be surprised.

5. Oh, you're right..... and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Any good lawyer can sling case law BUT..... they do it to their own advantage.
It isn't until they are the "trier of fact" that they use it as precedent to apply common law impartially.... she has no experience with that

3. Even repugs are embarrassed by her lack
of credentials.

Paleo con Pat Buchanon said it looks as if shrub walked down the white house halls and nominated the first female attorney he saw.}(

7. I hate to sound like Jay Sukalot, but ...
I hate to sound like Jerry Falwell's lawyer, but this is someone who was a lawyer during 35 years of the biggest battles imaginable in law, and she hasn't left an opinion of substance anywhere.

Does she even know what the Supreme does, where they meet, how many there are?
