Thomas, Roberts, and Miers.

Three stooges sit there for the Bushes. Full, flat-out pawns.

4. A couple of people mentioned "Scalia". This is questionable...
at this point because my guess is that he's really, really p*ssed at B* because he was not made the Chief Justice. Who knows what he'll do since he has such a big ego.

6. Can we retake the Senate in 2006? THAT is the question.
Bellyaching about what kind of appointments Bush has made or will make is pretty fruitless. He's not going to get any smarter, wiser, or more concerned with Americans' freedoms in the next three years. The only thing that can check Bush's nominees is for us to retake the Senate in 2006.
