abuse.

12. Sanpaku is right

For those unfamiliar with Oriental diagnosis, these eyes show a serious physical imbalance. When the whites are visible below the iris, the condition is called "yin sanpaku". Sanpaku means "three whites". It shows a fairly profound imbalance and is a pointer to poor health.

The opposite of this is yang sanpaku, where the whites are visible above the iris. This often shows up in manic people, often dangerous people. The picture shows a classic yang sanpaku in an obviously highly dangerous and psychotic person.
