Boston Globe headline story w/ swat team photo today,
Wish I knew how to post this photo on DU, it is of soldiers with huge guns trained on 2 men who were being searched and ordered to evacuate Algiers, LA. Good grief, do we need 4 gun wielding military men pointing huge guns on these men who are lying on the floor. What is this, the enemy? The picture is a Globe staff photo. Don't miss it. Chilling. Photo accompanies headline story.

4. the photo does not appear on the on-line headline story,
www.bostonglobe.com Perhaps I am not accessing the on-line version correctly but I cannot find the picture. It seems to be only in the print version. Listed as Globe Staff photo/Dina Rudick

2. Sounds almost Elian Gonzalez-like in its ludicrousness...
That SWAT team pointing the gun at the family when they "rescued" him...

A catastrophic PR failure of a blue govt then, but at least not as horrifically so. (i.e. Clinton's mom never talked about how well it was working out for Elian, since he was already so underpriviledged.)
