And if the Repukes want to play that game with NO mayor and LA governor, they have to call it like it is with the military. The difference is that the military is THEIR personnel bureaucracy.

2. I just have to repeat this after hearing the military rant about local

officials. "Chain of command" in "bureaucracy" by another name and the military is looking more and more like the neocon's own personal bureaucracy.
