Bush should be impeached for leaving the gulf coast defenseless against a
major hurricane. Much of the Louisiana National Guard is in Iraq and so is equipment they need to deal with the aftermath of Katrina.

1. Gov. Blanco said last night that 3,000 National Guard troops were in Iraq!
Another 3,000 are in Iraq from Mississippi. Way to go, Dubya!

4. Clinton understood the idea of a National Guard, they stayed here
in our Nation!! Where they belong!! Where they signed up to help!!
Dosen't he realize this is showing others that if they hit an area of our country, where all the troops of the Guard are gone and so is their equiptment and ammo. DONE!!!

WHAT A DUMB FUCK!!!

5. He didn't read that Presidential Daily Briefing
Did anyone tell the President?

"We had no idea that we could prevent New Orleans from flooding if a hurricane was going to strike in that manner."

Was anyone at the White House told?

"No."

Was there a PDB about the subject?

"Not exactly."

Was there a PDB on x/x/2003?

"Yes."

What was the title of that PDB?

"Um. I think it was New Orleans needs federal funding to avoid flood catastrophe"
