Kenneth Lay's Enron trial will be in January 2006. We know there were extensive links between Lay, Enron, Bush and Cheney. Might the big Enron trials dish dirt on the Bush Administration (if we're lucky)?
3. Yes if Lay, as a member of Cheney's energy committee was aware
of efforts by the Bush Administration to let occur or provoke an incident that could be used as a pretext to invade the Middle East.
If that were true, Lay would never serve a day of jail or pay more than a token fine. Of course he better have affidavits in secure places to be released in the event of an accident that causes his death.
4. There's plenty of dirty laundry between Gov.Bush
and Kenron Lay...Check out the smoking gun website.I read through many letters between the both of them.Their like peas in a pod both corrupt as hell.At worst I see Lay getting convicted and sentenced to 20 yrs.But as bush leaves office I see a presidential pardon,so Lay could end up doing a couple of years...
