If Senator John Kerry slings mud like he slings snow, then we may have a very dirty campaign on our hands.

The Democratic presidential candidate took a moment out of his stumping in Iowa to engage in a little snowball fight with the political press on hand for Monday's caucuses.

Kerry and Christie Vilsack, wife of Iowa's governor, were quick to join in the reporters' icy skirmish. Kerry, in particular, managed to get in a few frigid zingers before returning to the campaign trail.

she threw the first snowball into the media people and they returned the fire to her and kerry, but she later left kerry hanging alone to fight it out.
