8. The Rovian GOP are pressing the message to voters that Dems are weak...

on national security/the war on terror, so of course, voters will interpret the combined message as Vote GOP if you want to stay safe.

Bush himself used "weeks and months" in his last radio address. I think Rummy made a big mistake telling the truth here.
