3. Thanks for Moyer's Clip. For Democrats he said the most important
thing when he said "Democrats had power for 40 years and lost touch with the people" and he said "They knock at the same corporate doors and drink from the same waters as the Republicans" (I'm paraphrasing but that was the idea).

We need to listen to this man when he says there is no party looking out for the working and middle classes anymore. When Democrats become that party they will again hold power. We on DU are activists, but how much of what even we believe is really represented by the Democratic party that today exists?

6. realistic point you are making, How much of what we believe is
really represented by the Deomcratic party? Sure they will throw us a few bones, environment, etc, but the really cannot do the peoples bidding anymore until the corporations loose their control over every aspect of our lives. What will it take to get to that point? Third party?

7. Now THAT is an earth-shaking, paradigm-shifting question.
They haven't represented me for many, many years. HOWEVER, Howard Dean does, and I have no doubt that many of the people entering politics including political office as a direct result of Howard Dean do/will.

I'll stick around -- for a while longer, anyway.
