I would think that the Dems in Congress have enough evidence,
… and Constitutional violations, crimes, and misdemeanors…

To declare our government ILLEGAL.

The latest act of Sensenbrenner and the Downing Street Minutes should be the final act of this criminal, evil, and murderous administration. Combined with the illegal appointment of puppet chimp in 2000, the election fraud of 2004, the total inconsistencies of 911, the illegal war of Iraq, the lies to Congress and the American people concerning Iraq, the looting of the American Treasury, the deliberate bills and laws removing pollution controls and the raping of our environment, the deliberate bills and law removing our Constitutional Rights, the deliberate bills and laws favoring corporations over citizens, and the total lack of any bills and laws protecting the citizens of America …

…for the legitimate officials of our Democracy including Democrats, Independents, and Republicans (if there are any), MUST declare our government invalid and immediately state a new operational government until such time as a new government can be elected.

I truly believe ALL Americans - our military, our mothers, our fathers, our spouses, our brothers, our sisters, our children, our grandchildren, our coworkers, complete strangers, and all countries of our small planet WOULD not only go along with this, but would embrace the restoration of our Democracy.

1. I Only Wish They WOULD
but the people in power, and those who feed off them, or THINK they feed off them...and others who actually benefit from the status quo would not embrace this.

2. They should realize that their world, too, is at severe risk.

4. They Don't Look Beyond Their Bank Accounts
when the last tree is cut down, and the last gallon of oil pulled up from under the earth...THEN they will realize that they can't EAT money. And it'll be too fuckin' late then, won't it?

7. I am saying that they ...
simply declare our government ILLEGAL and take over until a new election takes place.

What happens if channey/bush declare war on 'everybody' or launch a NUKE - would that cause them to act?

8. What's the procedure for doing that?
A minority can't simply declare a government illegal

And they would take over what exactly? What you're proposing sounds like a coup.

9. I am just hoping that there is a secret Congressional Rule
that we are not aware of....

I would think that our government has thought 'what would happen if foreign operatives took over our government' and had a contingency plan...

10. The contingency plan in our situation is 2006.
And that's it.

12. Get ready to hit the streets and fight for it
but the only legal optioon under the US Constitution is 2006

There is also this preamble to the Declaration of Independence, but hey that will take longer I fear

5. Unfortunately, most of them are still supporting
Chimpy's excellent foreign adventure. People hate to admit they've been outflanked.

6. I never could understand how people cannot admit their errors.
I personally see it as a desirable trait as one learns from mistakes.
