I have no idea what is needed for the job.

Have any of you been on your city council?

I just need to know what the job entails.

My issues will have to be tuned to the district, but noise and traffic might be good issues.

I have until January to decide, but the peer pressure is mounting, and I could use the money.

5. Alfredo, you should attend current meetings now to understand what happens
In Reno NV it is on the cable channel so I can watch it live.

I would imagine that there are fun times and boring times (to be honest). I have fought city hall - and sorta won.

But remember, this is how we take back America so please run and WIN!

7. I have been to a few meetings, watched them on TV, but it is
the work outside the council chambers I need to know about.

8. That I cannot help with directly.. But I guess it is alot of
community exposer. Most City Council members have 'normal' jobs.

What you do outside 'chambers' is extra credit.

I think you have to have or build the heart to withstand the boring topics and excel in the things that really matter to a city.

Just do it, my friend, make a difference.

We will help you - if you ask....

thursday night a friend of mine may become chairman of the county Democratic party. He's an insider with the city. I just might pick his brain on the issue.

If I run, I will let everyone know.

tks for the encouragement.
