Oh, I get it, it's successful because it's measured. He's getting testy now, voice raising.. Ha friggin ha! Most pissed off he's been tonight, no doubt.

It's an unfunded mandate, period.

results for the first quarter of 2005.

Financial Highlights for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2005:

* Revenues were $98.3 million, up 20% from $82.2 million generated in the
first quarter of 2004.
* Learning Center same territory revenue growth increased to 5% for the
quarter.
* Operating income was $13.8 million, a 25% increase over $11.0 million
reported in the first quarter of 2004.
* Operating margins increased to 14.0% from 13.4%.
* Earnings per share were $.17 per share for the first quarter, a 31%
increase from the first quarter of 2004.
