Definition: someone who claims to be for small Government, claims to be ethical, moral and religious, demands the Federal Government stay out of people's lives, says he is for strict view of the constitution,

then, using his wealth and influence, attains power...

and attempts to stack the courts with those who agree with him, changes all the rules to protect himself and his allies, uses the Government to reach deeply into peoples personal lives, and completely abandones his or her supposed "principles" while acting contrary to his religion or moral code.
