Bill Clinton must still be President.
If it's true that the blame goes to the top, Bill Clinton must still be President of the USA since all those Republicans I hear keep blaming Bill for everything wrong on this planet.
If you can't blame Bush, he must not be the real leader of this country.

I never thought of it that way but its so true! My Hubby yells every time Clinton speaks lol CLINTON FOR KING :) We all can handle some personal failing for some brains. Dumb and dangerous? Or Smart and Reliable? Those are the only real choices. Bad so many Americans pick dumb and dangerous.
