Excuse me, Justice Scalia, Do you sodomize your wife?
http://www.nypost.com/seven/04142005/gossip/44524.htm

April 14, 2005 -- WHEN U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia (above) spoke Tuesday night at NYU's Vanderbilt Hall, "The room was packed with some 300 students and there were many protesters outside because of Scalia's vitriolic dissent last year in the case that overturned the Texas law against gay sex," our source reports. "One gay student asked whether government had any business enacting and enforcing laws against consensual sodomy. Following Scalia's answer, the student asked a follow-up: 'Do you sodomize your wife?' The audience was shocked, especially since Mrs. Scalia was in attendance. The justice replied that the question was unworthy of an answer."

12. You have to give that student credit
for either having some serious balls or for not realizing that the FBI is about to sodomize his life.

Of course, if a right-wing student had told Scalia he hopes to impale him, it would be OK.

I've read that plenty of heterosexual couples try anal intercourse (40%) and about 10% say it's an important part of there sex lives. The question is relevant and is not much different from the discussions during Lawrence vs Texas. If the court is going to rule on people's private sex lives then they should expect a full public discussion of the issue.

That question was "unworth of an answer." Exactly, you asshole! Then why do you want the government asking others? What a total, hypocritical piece of shit.

16. Sodomy: It isn't just for breakfast anymore (Sodomy laws and you)
Sodomy
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Sodomy is a term of religious origin to characterize certain sexual acts and behaviours as a perversion of the human capacity for union through sexuality. The term implies a distinction between animalistic fornication and a spiritualistic view of sexual union, (ie. love and marriage) and asserts that the latter is superior.

Most commonly used to describe the specific act of anal sex, the term "sodomy" also may include non-coital sexual acts such as oral sex and other paraphilia. Laws forbidding certain types of sex acts have been a part of human culture since pre-recorded history.

Given that religious doctrine holds human empathy as sacred, the name "sodomite" may refer to those who have perverted their 'God-given' contract binding ones capacity for empathy with their sexuality. (See covenant).

Sodomy law
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

A sodomy law is a law which makes certain sexual acts into sex crimes. The definition of sodomy ranges from anal sex to any sexual act that does not lead to procreation. This includes anal sex, oral sex, and bestiality. Even though many of these laws target both heterosexual and homosexual acts, they are more often selectively enforced only against homosexuals. Consequently, it is a common misunderstanding that sodomy laws are laws against homosexuality because the laws have been used so extensively in the prosecution of homosexual acts, when many of them prohibit some heterosexual acts as well.

25. Best guerilla ontology story ever!
Scalia couldn't say "Nunnayafawkingbidness" because by doing that he'd be invoking the very privacy right he says doesn't exist. Sometimes a good koan cuts through the BS better than relentless rationality.
