The International Law Review at Washington College of Law will host a conference that will address the laws of war in the post-September 11, 2001 world.

The day-long conference will cover topics such as modern armed conflict, private contractors, the treatment of suspected terrorists and other detainees, and classification of non-state fighters under the Geneva convention.
