According to "The trials of Henry Kissinger" movie, Kissinger played a part in General Schneider's assasination, which opened the way for Pinochet to seize power. Schneider's son filed suit against Kissinger on Sept 10, 2001. There wasn't much about it in the news the next day, because there was too much else going on that day. . . . . .
