7. Click on members of Congress and look up individual contributors
for Biden and Carper.

You'll see MBNA gave six figures to both.

...and in all the talk about the bankruptcy bill, I haven't heard anything about how it might be making it harder for corporations to dissolve debt in bankruptcy. It only addresses Chs 7 and 13, right? 11 is the one for corporations, right?
