2. The more I read the more I want to scream

This bill expands what constitutes fraud (cash withdrawals?), limits protections for debtors, random audits paid for by debtors, targets only consumers and not businesses, mandatory debt counseling and financial responsibility classes paid for by the debtor, and grants safe harbor for creditors safe harbor from liability even when they don't disclose the annual interest rates they will charge or schedules.

Where's the ##@*& outrage?
