Some of them may posture, but the pukes make the rules and the rules say the Dems can't do a damned thing besides posturing.

Unless we had a majority--which can't happen because the pukes control the redistricting process, the Secretaries of State in key states, the voting machines, the vote counting process, the courts, the media, and everything else--we can't get anything passed in Congress, and we can't stop anything that the pukes want from getting passed. Game's over, they won. All the Dems will do is make speeches and ask you for money. There is no way that we can regain a majority unless we can pass voting reform, and there is no way we can pass voting reform until we have a majority--get it?

But very few Democrats will even bother to posture. Most of them voted to confirm Condi and Gonzalez. Does that tell you anything?

we need to work hard to get some Greens into Congress. ;0)

If the Dems won't represent the people that voted for them it's time for a big change. Even though the Fascists have a lock on the Congress doesn't mean that a real loyal opposition cannot make it hard for them to push all of their anti-people legislation onto the citizens.
