Rick Santorum on CNN now says SS crisis costs billions Ahem.
"By some estimates, privatization could add up to $2 trillion to the deficit over 10 years"

Methinks that Santorum, like Bush doesn't read the papers. The quote above came from USA Today. They don't understand economics either since they can't see saving the program with Bush will actually KILL IT !

4. 2 Trillion...............okay lets use that $$
and put 1 Trillion into the system (SS) and 1 Trillion for universal Healthcare for the American people......this would be a much better idea and would benefit everyone...

6. ding ding ding ding ! bluedog gets it ! You others need to read
Santorum was saying 'billions' would be lost because of the SS 'crisis'. For Christ's sake ... Shrub's own project requires $2 trillion to be shifted out of the current SS program just to fund his idiotic plan !

What it all boils down to is Bush's plan requires a 40% cut in benefits ! Repeat after me: That dog don't hunt !
