Ok, there is something very scary/wrong about reading words like "Non-Lethal and Less Lethal Companies" when they are in the same sentence as "homeland security", "stocks", and "investors".
I haven't looked thru the webpages yet but it may give clues on who <or what companies> will benefit from shrub's "terror" threats and homeland security charade.
