Please help, looking for video

I saw a video on the net about three or four months ago that had members of the Administration making their bogus claims in the run-up to the war. It had very tight editing with just each word or phrase ("Chemical weapons," "Chemical Weapons," etc.) What was unique is that it claimed that none of the utterances were repeated; each unique -- really making a strong impression of just how often the Bush team offered us words of fear. At times it became staccato in its presentation.

That's the best way I can describe it. Anybody think they know what I'm describing and where I can find it? (It's not this one: http://www.peacecandy.com/gwbush/remindus/ -- which is also excellent.)
