We just made a substantial donation to DFA...again. Here's why:

Here are the reasons:

First, we see the attacks beginning. This is a Democratic site, and many here still can not see that the issue is "taxpayer" money.
I have a post going about the blogger issue, and it is dropping because posts with no facts just accusations get more attention.

Second, I think our Democrats need to be right out there in front today. I have a feeling that some of them may be behind this stuff about the bloggers, so I doubt that will happen.

Third, my husband said to me that one man kept speaking out and giving us hope for a couple of years...and he still is.

That hope we had, the inspiration it gave us to take our part in politics....is worth everything we have donated.

This is turning point for our party on the truth-speaking and on defending each other. I hope they rise to the occasion.

I am just very upset about the Noise and Attack Machine. It is comprised of Democrats as well as Republicans, I fear.

It's not large, but I hope it helps.

I don't support the DNC, I support DFA.

My husband and I have been very involved with it. Will still continue even if he gets chair. May reconsider donations to DNC in the future, as we used to do.
