how do we get rid of Tom DeLay now? I'm in Texas, and I will write letters and send e-mails. I just need to be pointed in a good direction.

Enough for the MSM to think they'd dropped it, but there is now a provision that would leave a loophole.

Divided straight down the party lines, with the one indep. voting on our side.

The only one that failed was supposed to allow 3 days for reading of bills before a vote was expected.

That's how the deal about them being able to look at your tax returns happened. Thank goodness the Senate caught that one.
