14. Well, I state the above with some remorse ...

I'm sure the "very young" troops (20 and under) may genuinely admire Rumsfeld for his "take no prisoners" toughness. However, the more seasoned combat troops are getting a far too accurate picture of how the situation is deteriorating. We may have no choice but extract our troops out of there if/when civil war breaks out. I feel very sad for the troops, even the ones who honor Rummy, deserve so much better from a Secretary of Defense.
