So, what then?
I know that Kerry and Edwards are fighting the good fight behind the scenes to get the vote fraud open wide and show the treachery of the right. I know that Nader seems to be "on our side" for that very same thing. I know all this, but I have to wonder: what then?

If all the shit hits the fan, and the world soon knows about all the dirty tricks, corruption and lies that helped bring the right wing this "victory" without honor, what will we have accomplished? Will exposing it bring us a new victory? Will it mean we would have the need for another, national election, delaying the inauguration in January? Would it mean that Bush and party would be impeached? Since there is now a majority of pukes in Congress now, I don't see that as happening, regardless. Will it bring felony charges against the party leaders, like Gillespie, Jeb Bush, Diebold, Rove, etc? And if that happens, will we be able to force the chimp and the triad to resign?

If people remember Watergate, there were a whole lotta indictments handed down, but Nixon escaped federal prosecution by resigning. If we lose the chimp, we're still stuck with right wing "management" until 2008. We couldn't do anything about the 2000 election despite knowledge of the crimes associated with it, what the fuck makes us think that 2004 or 2008 are going to be, in ANY way, any different?

So what are we going to live with for the next four years? Some of us might never see 2008, and living out those years is going to be a true hell.

Anyone have any ideas what we're supposed to be looking forward to?

1. We have to keep working to expose the truth....
regardless of how this turns out.... I don't expect anything to come from the investigation, but I hope I am wrong.

2. I have to believe that a steady progression of
investigations, complaints, indictments, and continued insistance on verifiable votes will work. It all comes back to paper ballots and trustworthy election boards, instead of political insiders overseeing the voting process.
