She probably has a list of good doctors to refer them to, just in case.

I'm pretty sure that the secret service is capable of rising to any duty that they are called to, including the protection of a practicing Doctor.

Surely it couldn't be more difficult than looking out for Jenna & Barbara.

How would that work? Clearly, all of the patients would have to be screened in advance. But would the Secret Service allow her to be alone in a room with a patient?

Totally irrelevant to anything, but I am curious.
