11. Yes.
The southwest, northwest, and northern counties have a much lower population density and are generally GOP strongholds. They always report first. Detroit and metro suburbs take a while to come in. Seriously, if I believe anything, I believe the networks with Michigan being "Too early to call."

Relax a bit.

5. It's probably a few counties in the U.P. and northern L.P.
A no-gay-marriage question was on the ballot and it brought out all the religious conservatives up there.

Wayne Co. (Detroit) obviously hasn't come in.
