I just had a stranger knock on my door
& asked if we voted yet? I said yes. She was wearing a Kerry/Edwards button.

I informed her there are four registered Democrats in the house.

I didn't realize we were going door to door.

3. Move On and ACT. After you vote
there should be a Move On or ACT table outside. You can ask them to cross you off their list since you have already voted.

5. They are "flushing"
That's what it's called---door to door on Election Day, going down the Dem voter rolls and literally knocking on doors and reminding Democrats to VOTE.

9. I had an elderly gentlemen hobble to my door
I watched him pull up to my front step and was ready for the doorbell to ring. Instead, I heard my door open and then close. He had heard my dogs barking and apparently feared them. I thought "to get and old, near crippled man out to push voters it must be a anti-abortion Fundie." I was so surprised to see a nice big K/E flyer. I tried to catch the fellow but he was already down my street and saw him several times later but because of traffic I could not thank him!
