They played a clip of Cheney on CNN where he was saying that Kerry had to have a poll done before he could respond to the bin laden tape so he would know what he needed to say. Cheney said he had to stick his finger in the wind to figure out what to say. That man gets on my last nerve! I want to see his face when Kerry wins! LOSER!

**Oh and correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe that Kerry gave his comment before Shrub! UGH...

2. Yes, he gave his comments before Bush.
In an unscripted setting, at an air strip, I believe. Bush gave his own comments at pre-planned stump location.
