3. I don't know how they arrived at the total, the same thing happened
with one of their previous polls where it appeared to be 1 point off from the details. Maybe due to fractions.

4. I read in polls you are not supposed to round off to tenths...
I think there's a discussion of it at www.ncpp.org


The reason you shouldn't round off to tenths is because you are implying you can reach a mathematical certainty that doesn't really exist...
