1. Of course!
What a cutie.

Make sure to get her fixed.

3. Take her in but see if you can find a friend to take her. PetSmart works
with pet adoption agencies. You could take her there to get her off the street.

She's very beautiful.

4. I hope you can
You don't want to get booted out, but she needs a home. One of our two cats showed up as a little stray kitten and he's been a very satisfactory and lovely member of the family for over seven years now. Spoiled, too. I don't think he remembers his humble beginnings.

5. Does anyone else in the building have a pet?
Can you get a doctor's note for a companion animal?

You might want to contact local rescue organizations to find out your legal rights in your area.

Remember, you have to be able to take her to the vet, get her dewormed and defleaed and checked for the horrible diseases that living on the street leaves her prey to. A street cat's estimated lifespan is two years.

This cat looks clean and very young. If you can pet her, she's probably a recent dumpee and pretty disease-free.
