Is anyone concerned about post-election vandalism?
Assuming a Kerry win, it has occurred to me that in this very red state, my Kerry sign could be a magnet for vandals.

I put nothing past the enraged Bush supporter. Will the grief and anger boil over into acts of property destruction?

I certainly hope not, but it has just crossed my mind.

I had been planning to put up a sign that says "Hope Has Arrived!" (assuming Kerry wins). I guess that would not be wise here in Alabama.

Thoughts?

2. I like it!
You live in Massachusetts - it might be better received than in the dark underbelly of the GOP machine.

5. I'm in a red state too, and I've thought about it
plenty of our opponents are angry and irrational. I don't see them "getting over it" right away. And since vandalism is somewhat of a problem before the elections, I don't see how a stinging defeat will change that for them.
