There should be two response mechanisms for this one...

First, the "yes / no" response they're looking for.

Second (and this should probably be in the form of an essay question) "How the HELL can you ask a question like that?"

We are one hell of a divided nation right now, and getting into a lock-step behind the guy responsible (if he should steal the election a second time) isn't going to help anyone but Bush. Of course, CNN probably knew that when they posted the question.
